Parish Finance Council
The revised code of Canon Law requires that a Parish Finance Council exist in every parish. The principal responsibilities of the Parish Finance council are as follows:

  • to assist the pastor in rendering an account of the finances of the parish to the local ordinary;
  • to assist the pastor in making the appropriate report to the faithful of the parish at least annually concerning parish revenues and expenditures;
  • to assist the pastor by providing counsel, when requested, concerning the general care and administration of parish, property and finances.

Parish School Board
Acts in an advisory capacity to the Pastor. The Board oversees the creation of the annual school budget and any others concerns raised by the principal regarding school matters. The Board consists of school parents, appointed parish members, the principal and the Pastor.

Parish Pastoral Council
The Parish Pastoral Council is group comprised of nine elected parish members, three appointed members, and parish staff.
